Key Skills & Qualifications

Storytelling. Whether it's editing, animation or dipping your toe into 3D/augmented reality, you know how to tell a story no matter what the subject. Comfortable to work on external films and animations, award entries, pitch films and social content.

End to End. From concept to completion. We’re looking for someone that can lend themselves to art direction, storyboarding, editing and animation.

The sell. You sell your creative through concept write ups, treatments and storyboards. A strong communicator with the ability to present your work.

Discerning design eye. You have an expert eye for design, composition, timing and detail. You're constantly looking for 'whats next' in terms of trends, styles and art direction in the motion world and know how to apply them with finesse to your work.

Technical toolkit. You know your way around core motion programs (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator). Bonus if you have a flair for illustration, 3D and/or augmented reality.

Curiosity.
 Research new ways to enhance your creativity, including new plugins, software and shortcuts. Staying up to date with the latest innovations in animation, motion and design.

Responsibilities & Qualities

Collaboration. 
Familiar with agency ways of working with a good understanding of agency processes. Able to provide creative input and have a point-of-view across a variety of projects. Ability to take constructive feedback with a collaborative attitude. Has experience working with external production agencies to help bring your vision to life.

Taking ownership over projects. Hitting deadlines, collaborating with wider project teams, presenting to clients.
