Sales Consultant

SCP is seeking a confident and professional Sales Consultant to join its team at their showroom in Shoreditch. This is a demanding retail position that requires a talented individual who is comfortable and assured in dealing with high-end sales and developing strong relationships with private and professional clients. This is a full-time position in a creative and fast paced environment.

The role:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Build a strong customer base and ensure that follow-ups are timely and considered
• Meet sales targets and produce sale reports
• Manage the sale-cycle effectively, from order to delivery and installation
• Maintain in-depth brand and product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
• Work with the team to co-ordinate showroom and exhibition displays
• Help maintain operational standards in the showroom

The person:

• Experience with relaying product information

• Available and willing to work weekends
• Previous Sales and CRM experience is desirable

The salary for this role is £22.5 - £24K, depending on experience, with an additional commission package.
