About High Spirit
Established in 2022, HighSpirit is an independent design and communications agency that works across the lifestyle brand marketing space. We support our clients with high-end branding, design, campaign marketing and digital, including web and social content. We pride ourselves on being a hands-on, ideas-driven business that is underpinned by our relationships and open-minded approach. We are leaving behind the client-agency bureaucracy of old and creating more agile client partnerships to deliver progressive work with people at the heart.
With a broad portfolio of clients ranging across spirits, consumer tech, wellbeing, hospitality and more, we provide specialist and thoughtful design communications for a diverse range of subjects. The common thread is that we care hugely about helping others and crafting something that is both considered and purposeful and will have a long-term positive impact.

The Role
We are now investing in our future team, to grow our creative capability and culture. We are seeking like-minded multidisciplinary creatives and designers to join us. The ideal candidate for this role will be personable, tenacious, and ambitious as we bid to take the business to the next level through first-class design thinking and execution.
We love people who see opportunities rather than just tasks, and someone who is people-centred in their approach. You love connecting with others and building bridges to help develop original creative ideas. You bring with you an astute technical proficiency and finishing to concept-driven ideas.
You’re organised and process-driven by default, but you’re also connecting the dots, beyond the obvious, to help us push ourselves and our clients forward. So, you’re communicative and intuitive in your manner, speaking up when it counts.

At HighSpirit, every day is different and while we work hard, we fully recognise the need for striking a positive life-work balance, which is why we are located in Brighton. Working Terms
Full-time contract
Office opening hours: 9.30-6.00pm
1 hour for lunch
We respect the need for a flexible hybrid schedule. Specifics of your personal working schedule can be discussed at a later date.
