A high-speed creative agency, based in Hackney, London. We specialise in food and drink, partnering with nationwide anchor clients that keep us firing, alongside a growing roster of brands across other industries.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and person-centric Account Manager or Director to join our growing team. You will be the vital link between our clients and the creative studio, ensuring that every project is kicked off correctly, executed in accordance to the brief and delivered to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across a diverse set of projects. As one of the team that is closest to the clients brief, your voice will be invaluable throughout the creative & production phases of projects, to ensure we come up with the right ideas, and deliver in the smartest way across the full project process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust through clear communication and reliability.
  • Project Oversight: Working collaboratively with our production team to help manage end-to-end workflows from initial briefing through to final delivery across social, digital, OOH, print and beyond.
  • Brief Development: Translating client needs into clear, and strategic briefs for the design and production teams.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the Creative Directors and production team to ensure the work remains aligned with the client’s vision.
  • Budget & Timeline Tracking: Monitoring project health, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are used efficiently.
  • Growth: Identifying opportunities within existing accounts to add further value and participate in new client meetings / entertainment.

Skills & Attributes (Required)

  • Minimum five years’ experience in an account management or project management role within a creative agency or brand side.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • A "people person" with a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate client feedback.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You can sell an idea as well as you can write a report.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to input into the project as it develops.
  • High attention to detail (you’re the one who catches the typo before the client does).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to work from our Hackney studio 2–3 days per week.
