Junior Designer

Without is an award-winning independent brand design studio with a 15 year track record in creating and developing leisure and luxury brands, like Third Space and Caravan that make the world healthier, tastier and more rewarding.

We’re looking for an exceptional designer to become part of a dynamic team creating world-class design for the brands of tomorrow. You’ll be a graduate with a strong portfolio and 1-2 years experience, looking for a motivating environment where you can create work to be proud of.

Your skills

• A design graduate with a strong portfolio and 1-2 years experience
• A proven ability to generate big, distinctive brand ideas, with an appreciation of narrative and what it takes to stand out
• A proven ability to create stunning contemporary identity and campaign work
• A passion and aptitude for brands in motion – from video storytelling to animated identities
• Ability to engage an audience by presenting ideas in simple, entertaining ways
• Highly competent with relevant Adobe programs and a natural aptitude for enhancing these skills
• Self-motivated and organised. You can help frame timelines, respect deadlines, pre-empt issues and know when to ask for advice
• Enthusiastic, open-minded and curious
