We’re looking for Studio/Project Manager to join our small team based at our tranquil riverside studio in Otley, near Leeds. We anticipate the role to be full time, however we are also interested to hear from you if you are looking for a flexible, part time role.

We’re after someone whose key responsibilities will be:
Project Management
- Project planning (tasks, dates, people, costs)
- Project/team management
- Creation/adaptation of project documentation
- Liaising with clients
- Supporting design team
Studio Management
- General studio organisation & support
- Preparing & sending estimates & invoices
- Financial paperwork collation & prep
- General admin/filing
- Maintaining contacts
- Social media support
- Archiving of prints and products
Project Support
- Sourcing/appointing suppliers (e.g. photographers etc)
- Presentation/deck checking
Experience with running an online shop would be a bonus!
We’re seeking someone with ideally 2-3 years experience in a Project Management/admin/support role in a creative studio (or who has gone from designer/creative role to a more organisational one), and who is familiar with the design industry…& is Mac proficient!
