Program Manager (Ventures)

We are looking for a Program Manager to join us in a very exciting opportunity. An opportunity to work within our Ventures team in an area of the business, which provides an entrepreneurial innovation offering.

Working closely with C-Suite clients, we determine the white space in their category, understand what the opportunity would be, create brands to fill the gap, test them and then, if successful, take them to market.

In this role you would be involved at all stages of that process from proposal and planning, leading the testing phase, project managing the brand creation and launch. You'll be both client-facing, and internally, working with a small, senior team.

You will report to the Senior Program Manager

Requirements

• Thrive in action-packed surroundings
• Comfortable with quick turnaround decisions
• Experience managing several projects at one time
• Experience in Digital / E-com / Performance Marketing·
• Experience and a passion for identifying efficiencies to develop new processes·
• Financial experience, including scoping, budget management
