We want to hear from truly outstanding talent, with the portfolios to match. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 3-4 years’ experience with a drive and hunger to explore Rolfe Judd’s design aesthetic and collateral. You may not be the finished article yet, but you will live and breathe design and be outstanding at your level of experience.

This is a unique opportunity for someone to come into Rolfe Judd and be part of a growing marketing department. You’ll get the opportunity to work on the development and exploration of the recent brand, evolve the company’s social media presence, and make the role your own. Working with the internal marketing team, you’ll live and breathe the brand and support the business on delivering their proposition in a consistent and inspiring way.

The role will involve the regular production of pitch and project documentation along with working with our senior designer to produce integrated campaigns, infographics, social assets and other additional collateral (events invites, email designs, marketing brochures). With experience working in a busy studio environment, we’re looking for a detail orientated designer who is confident working collaboratively with both internal clients and the wider marketing team. Working on a range of projects simultaneously, we’re looking for someone with great time management skills who can confidently hit deadlines and deliver outstanding work.

Your portfolio should demonstrate:

• Experience working on integrated campaigns

• Idea generation and conceptual thinking

• A passion for typography and editorial design

• Experience creating infographics

• A strong interest in brand and spatial design

• Experience working on digital marketing and motion graphics would be plus


• Excellent creative and innovative skills

• Passionate about design, brand, architecture and the built environment.

• Have expert working knowledge on Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Confident at presenting ideas and work in a professional manor

• Strong project management and organisational skills

• Be a confident and creative problem solver
