About the role:
Overview
Midweight Designers are at the core of our creative team, producing high-quality work independently with strategic direction and guidance from the Senior Creative team.
You will work across entire campaigns, from brand and visual identity creation through to deliverables including brochures, websites, wayfinding, large-format graphics, film and animation.
Location, hours:
09:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. You will be based in our studio in Kensal Rise NW10 from Monday to Thursday, with the option of a remote day on Fridays.

Responsibilities:
Creative work
- Take creative briefs from initial concepts through to final artwork, working independently across print and digital.
- Create and apply brand identities consistently across digital and physical environments.
- Produce detailed technical artwork, including maps and architectural plans.
- Take ownership of your own projects, and support senior team members on theirs.
Skills & Experience
- A strong portfolio showing a range of graphic design projects.
- Experience in the real estate, property or hospitality sectors.
- A strong grasp of typography and branding, with the ability to build cohesive visual identities.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail, with experience of detailed artwork such as maps and architectural plans.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
