At Grimshaw our creative and graphic design team support our project teams to help tell visual stories that engage, inform, and inspire. We are currently looking for a creative graphic designer to join our team of four in London (located in Farringdon) to manage print and digital projects and outputs.

The role of the graphic designer will focus on supporting competitions, bids and proposals, developing strong documents and presentations which help the practice win work. The designer will also work with marketing, business development and other support departments to develop collateral, support internal and external communications and bring to life digital and social campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, keen to drive excellence across the practice and act as an ambassador of the brand style and guidelines.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and presentation software. Knowledge of digital/online publishing.
  • Detail-oriented and organised and able to implement processes to ensure proficient delivery of services.
  • A self-starter who is able to work with teams and manage the design process on bids, projects and campaigns which position Grimshaw effectively.
  • Expertise in the application of the brand across multiple platforms, specifically across digital marketing including website development.
  • Effective communications skills and evidence of building strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and leaders, often managing multiple stakeholders.
