Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and hungry designer, ideally with at least 2 years of experience working either in an agency or in an in-house design team.

What’s important is you can look at problems through the eyes of users and have the drive to ship industry defining design work. The role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills and progress to a senior level.

You’ll be working on end-to-end product experience of apps, website and portals. Following a human centred design process to ideate, create, test, measure, and ship design solutions.

We want to hear the stories behind how you went about delivering your best work to date - what inspired you, what went wrong and what you learnt.

We are happy to accept remote applicants however travel to our London office will be required once or twice a month.

About the role:

You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and clients. Here’s a taster as to the types of things you will be working on:

Discovery - Before we can design the solution we need to understand the problem. You will work with and support our senior team during customer interviews, usability tests and client workshops to uncover and capture users’ needs.

UX prototyping & testing - From paper to hi-fidelity clickable wireframes, prototyping is how we explore potential solutions. We need you to be a wealth of ideas, proving multiple design solutions that we can test and validate through usability testing.

UI design & design systems – Websites, apps, portals and anything digital. We need you to consistently, yet creatively, apply design styles across a multitude of modules/components to create modern scalable and usable design systems.

Measurement & optimisation – We measure and test our clients digital products to learn how to make them better. You will gain experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.

Desired Skill & Experience:

  • Research – Experience conducting interviews, usability testing.
  • UX strategy - synthesising findings into actionable results.
  • UX Prototyping - Able turn requirements into innovative prototypes and wireframes.
  • UI design - create highly polished user interfaces and ability to work within design systems.
  • Proficient in Figma.
  • Able to collaborate and work in a team environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management.
  • Good presenting skills.
