Digital Project Manager

We specialise in working with design and branding studios as a dev partner on web projects. You’ll work on a wide range of web projects, from creative, design-led frontends to brand hubs and content-rich sites. For startups, scaleups, and global brands alike.

We're looking for a digital project manager to join our growing London-based team 👋. You should have solid experience (3-5 years) in a design or digital agency, a strong grasp of how agency projects run, be technical-minded, and have a good understanding of the design and development process. You’ll need to communicate clearly with clients, designers, and developers, and stay organised and methodical throughout. Experience with any coding, web development, or CMS platforms is a bonus. 💫

This is a fulltime, on-site role in our London-based studio.

What you'll be doing day to day

• Scoping, planning, and quoting new projects
• Managing clients from kickoff to launch
• Keeping projects on track across scope, budget, and timelines
• Working closely with developers to manage progress and workload
• Supporting with pitch materials and joining client presentations when needed
• Spotting risks early, escalating issues where needed, and keeping stakeholders informed
• Keeping internal tracking systems up to date and accurate

• Confident juggling multiple projects and prioritising tasks
• Sharp attention to detail and excellent time management
• Solid understanding of design and development workflows
• Able to translate project plans into clear briefs for designers and developers
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing needs
• Curious about new tech and how it can be applied to projects
• Able to produce clear, useful project documentation
• Familiar with testing websites across devices and browsers
• Experience using tools like Notion, Trello, and Figma
