We’re forpeople, an independent creative agency, working globally from an old pickle factory in London and a former theatre in Amsterdam. About the job

Sitting at the heart of our planning team, this role is vital in the smooth running of our busy London studio. As Resource Co-ordinator, you'll be the mastermind behind our project resourcing, assembling and optimising teams to drive the success of our client projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Take Client Service team requests and match them with resource suitable for the project task, budget & timeline
  • Trouble-shoot and forecast potential resourcing clashes
  • Lead weekly planning meetings
  • Cultivate positive relationships with recruitment partners and our freelance network
  • Assist with raising POs, approving timesheets and onboarding freelancers
  • Review, approve and update our planning systems with holidays, sickness, and absences
  • Report on utilisation to track resource efficiency
  • In the Studio Assistant's absence, step in to ensure the studio runs smoothly by managing reception and provisions, welcoming visitors, coordinating travel, and ad hoc administration

We're looking for

  • A top-level understanding of design functions
  • Solid and up-to-date knowledge of employment law, especially IR35
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • An innovative problem solver
  • Excels in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Confidence in autonomous decision-making
  • An active listener that remains level-headed
  • Familiarity with Float and Paprika is a plus
  • Can work in our London studio at least 3 days a week (with up to 2 days remote).
