As we grow we are looking for a confident Account Manager, with project management skills, to join the team and to manage and grow accounts.
The role will include:
— Set up, structure and deliver a diverse range of projects - brand, campaign delivery, website development, marketing materials.
— Planning projects and resources within the rest of the agency’s fast-moving deadlines.
— Costing up new projects and/or setting up new retainers. Managing the forecasting and invoicing of projects.
— Involvement in scoping of new projects.
— Planning, leading and facilitating meetings successfully, ensuring objectives are met and documented as required.
— Briefing designers and developers with clear directions and attention to detail.
— Setting clear expectations with clients throughout projects..
— Presenting work to clients, accompanied by relevant team members.
— Involvement in website content entry and testing, as well as client training on the CMS.
You will have the support of an Account Executive and will work closely with our Senior Account Manager.
The successful candidate will:
— Be commercially driven, to ensure projects run to budget and on time.
— Have prior account management / project management experience (2-3 years minimum requirement) delivering projects within either an agency or in-house brand environment; with the ability to work with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity.
— Have a strong interest in project delivery, and problem-solving across a range of disciplines.
— Have confidence in presenting ideas and work to clients as required.
— Be meticulous and process-driven, wanting to drive improvements constantly.
— Quickly pick up the use of our project management tool (training will be provided).
— Be open to bringing new ideas and perspectives.
— Have prior digital project experience (ideal but not essential).
— ideally have experience with Figma, WordPress CMS, Microsoft Office and project planning software.

— Salary: £30,000–£32,000, depending on experience
We are based in Central London (SE1) and practise a hybrid studio/remote week. It’s important that you work well in a collaborative environment and we encourage you to be vocal in your views.
