Brand Designer / Creative

We’re looking for ambitious designers to join our awesome team! If you’re an experienced designer looking to work on exciting projects that effect real, positive change in the world - this is the opportunity for you.

What you’ll do

You’ll be working with the whole T+T team and directly with our clients, bringing briefs and concepts to life from start to finish. Using your experience and commercial knowledge, you navigate briefs to find the best design solution – across digital, social and print – for our clients and the company.

Your experience brings autonomy and responsibility, which you approach with the perfect balance of ownership and humility. You’re a trusted advisor to our clients, a source of support for other team members, and (most importantly) your work is outstanding.

Who you are

You’re genuinely passionate about design and the impact good design has in our world. You value innovation, impact and technical perfection, and always favour simplicity and real usability in your work.

You have solid experience in commercial design, and you understand how things work in our industry. You’re a great team player, and use your experience to inspire, support and coach those around you.

You want to use your skills and experience in a new challenge, working with exciting clients in a busy, creative environment.
