- Location: London (Farringdon) – Hybrid (2-3 days in-office)
- Salary: £45k – £55k (DOE)

💥 The Role:
A lead creative role for a Front-End Digital Designer. You’ll collaborate with devs and PMs to build high-end websites, pushing UX into multi-sensory territory for global luxury brands.
💥 Key Responsibilities
- Creative Lead: Own the website lifecycle from initial brief to final pixel.
- UI/UX: Drive simplicity and accessibility (ADA) across all new builds and client refreshes.
- Strategic Design: Translate brand identities into high-performing digital spaces.
- Communication: Bridge the gap between wireframes and final dev; sell your rationale to clients.

- Figma Pro: Expert in auto-layout, prototyping, and animation.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range and scale of high-quality website designs.
- Design Fundamentals: Obsessed with typography, colour, and art direction.
- Agency Veteran: Comfortable with fast-paced deadlines and technical problem-solving.
- Tech Forward: Interest in AI design tools and the latest digital trends.
- Bonus: Experience with digital products or the hospitality sector.
