It started with a shirt. Well, eight to be precise. 30 years ago, when Johnnie couldn’t find a ‘just right’ shirt, he crafted them himself from his kitchen table. Years later and he’s fronting a major British clothing brand with a turnover of £350 million.

As we celebrate this incredible milestone we are also reshaping the business to be more aspirational with a focus on expanding our reach within our digital channels.

We are looking to grow our fast-paced, in-house creative team with a Senior Graphic Designer to focus on pushing boundaries with the digital space, whilst mentoring juniors in the team.

You’ll be

• Inspiring and motivating the team, whilst elevating the brand through forward thinking concepting across all channels

• Creating best in class work, focusing on brand building and story telling

• Keeping on top of key trends across design, culture and fashion within the digital landscape

• Working as part of the graphic design team, as well as collaborating with other departments

• Presenting creative decks and mood boards to communicate ideas

• Managing upwards and providing solutions

You’ll have

• Experience that reflects a 360 point of view, with work across both digital and print

• Proven experience across motion graphics, stills and video as well as excellent typographic skills

• An agency or in-house background focusing on fashion, beauty or lifestyle

• An organised nature, with a sensible approach to tight deadlines

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and knowledge of Adobe After Effects

• A broad range of influences and references

• Innovative ideas to share that will help us to learn and grow

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with amazing attention to detail

• The ability to interpret our unique tone of voice and aid in our evolution
