Job Description

Field are looking for a culturally engaged and experienced producer, with experience of working in the creative industries. As a studio we have a mixture of accounts and projects, primarily based in the Education, Arts & Culture and Manufacturing sectors. We are looking for someone who will enjoy working with our long standing clients and our growing portfolio of exhibition and experiential design for a prestigious range of national institutions. We hope you will love a spreadsheet, supplier conversation and collaborator call equally as much as a creative idea. We would expect you to act as the creative conduit between the studio and the goals of the client, to maintain our ambitious creative visions and live up to client expectations.

Details about the role and responsibilities

We’d like the person applying for the role to consider the following aspects of the role and responsibilities within the studio.

Account Management

  • Managing retainers and accounts for large companies
  • Budget Control
  • Some elements of administration, for example reporting on key project milestone and keeping on top of invoicing milestones
  • - Working closely with the studio team and the client to ensure clear lines of communication

Production

Supporting the delivery of individual projects covering some of the following disciplines:

  • Exhibitions and Gallery designs
  • Sourcing props, models and locations for Film and Photography Projects
  • Coordinating and managing schedules
  • Understanding graphic design processes and liaising with printers and digital production houses
  • General coordination

Supporting the senior members of the team, when required

  • Finances
  • Studio Scheduling
  • HR, holidays etc
  • General admin
  • Supporting new business and tenders.
