This is a B Corp business with a great set of perks and benefits for employees, structured support and career progression. This role is hybrid working with 3 days on site and 2 from home.
The Role
Working closely with the Creative Director, brand and social teams you will help to bring campaign and brand messaging to life by creating engaging video content from social to longer form video. You’ll ideate, film and edit content bringing the brand to life across channels from Instagram and TikTok through to the website and paid ads.
This role would suit a passionate and creative individual just as happy shooting content on your phone as you are storyboarding and editing a hero campaign. You’ll need a good eye for composition, lighting and storytelling as well as an understanding of what makes content resonate on TikTok and Instagram. We are looking for a storyteller experienced in bringing brands to life and engaging with brand communities! This will be a fun and rewarding role in a fast paced, dynamic and collaborative environment.
What we are looking for:
- At-least 2-4 years commercial experience creating content for a lifestyle, hospitality or retail brand or creative studio.
- An impressive portfolio of short form social content and polished hi-fi video.
- Excellent skills in editing software Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
- Experience liaising and working closely with multi disciplined teams.
- A good eye for composition, lighting and storytelling as well as an understanding of what makes content resonate on TikTok and Instagram.
- The ability to balance creativity with organisation.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines!
- Proven experience creating content that’s natural, joyful and full of character.
