A full-service creative and production studio with a reputation for delivering exceptional work. Based in Hampshire, the team work primarily in the studio with flexibility to work from home when possible.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Project Manager to become the operational heartbeat of the studio, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and sustainably.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, organisation and problem-solving. You’ll take ownership of project planning, resource management and delivery processes, ensuring the team has what it needs to produce exceptional work without compromising quality, timelines or wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing schedules, resources and budgets across multiple live projects.
• Overseeing end-to-end project delivery through to completion.
• Monitoring capacity and workload planning across internal teams and external partners.
• Establishing clear communication processes and project reporting.
• Balancing competing priorities while maintaining project momentum.
• Providing accurate guidance on timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Building and maintaining a trusted network of freelance and specialist support.
• Identifying risks early and implementing solutions before issues escalate.
• Supporting profitability while protecting team wellbeing and sustainable workloads.
• Collaborating closely with client services, creative and production teams to ensure seamless delivery.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical function within the business and play a key role in shaping how projects are delivered as the studio continues to grow.
Our Ideal Candidate
• Will need proven experience managing project delivery, production or operations within a creative, marketing, production or agency environment.
• Has strong project planning, resource management and budget control skills.
• Has exceptional organisational abilities with experience managing multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.
• Is a confident communicator who can provide clear, honest guidance on timelines, capacity and delivery expectations.
• Is process-driven and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
• Can confidently balance commercial objectives with team wellbeing, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and sustainably.
