We are a creative digital-first agency, specialising in marketing, communications, creative direction, creative strategy, tech and web3 in fashion, lifestyle and consumer goods.
We are looking for a Digital Producer to join our Production team.
Job Purpose
You are a talented Digital Producer excited to combine your expertise in various disciplines—project management, client relations, and digital platforms—to deliver world-class digital campaigns for leading global luxury fashion houses and premium streetwear brands across multiple digital touchpoints. You have strong project management skills, are a clear communicator, excel in client relations, and have the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Production: Oversee the creation and execution of digital campaigns across ecommerce and/or social touchpoints like campaign pages, product description pages, newsletters, app design, and sales campaign copywriting, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients utilizing Microsoft Teams, translating their needs into effective digital strategies and maintaining strong relationships.
Project Management: Utilize Asana and Slack for project planning and execution, ensuring deadlines are met while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, creatives, and other producers to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
Paid Talent Content Creation Remote Management: Manage talent content creation with influencers and personalities remotely, including briefing, negotiations, project management, deliveries, and approvals.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and resource optimization to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Remote Work: Successfully manage projects in a fully remote work environment, with bi-annual in-person team meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in producing digital campaigns for eCommerce platforms with a focus on web design and content creation.
- Proven strong experience in client relations.
- Expertise in project management, using tools like Asana and Slack to manage projects effectively internally and externally.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams or instant messaging management with clients.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders and freelancers when necessary.
- Proficiency in G Suite (Google Slides, Sheets) and Figma for design and project collaboration.
- Interest and understanding of the fashion, lifestyle, and consumer goods industries.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and thrive in dynamic, small-team environments.

Salary: €30k - 35k
Location: Remote (Working with a largely Europe-based team)
Contract type: 12 months fixed term (with a probation period), with the option to extend to permanent
