Job Role:
We are seeking an individual with excellent administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills to join our talented team. The role will assist the company directors with general studio management and support the core design team by coordinating, tracking and reporting on the studio's deliverables and outputs, ensuring the smooth running of projects for a positive client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients on budgets, schedules and payments.
- Recording project milestones and keeping track of time management within the studio.
- Attending all studio meetings, keeping minutes and updating systems accordingly.
- Drafting cost proposals (with guidance from directors).
- Managing the general studio email and answering main studio phone number.
- General upkeep of stock, equipment and office needs.
- Assisting in HR duties and studio socials.
- Assisting with general financial reporting.
Knowledge of Slack, Streamtime and Xero useful.
