Job Description

Maccreanor Lavington is an award-winning architecture and urban design practice based in London and Rotterdam. Founded in 1992, we have grown to be around 90 people; big enough to tackle projects of any size yet small enough to remain a close knit, focused, sociable and friendly team.

Our team is made up of talented and dedicated people and we are seeking someone exceptional to join our Marketing and New Business team based in our Clerkenwell office.

About the job

Working collaboratively across the business, the Marketing and New Business Assistant will have a fundamental role in supporting business development and promoting the work we do. With the guidance of our brilliant team, you will be a key player in the life of the practice. You will work closely with the founder, Richard Lavington, putting you in at the centre of all business enquiries and developments. You'll help to nurture relationships with our clients, consultants, and the communities we work with. On a day-to-day basis you will assist in the preparation of bid documents, award submissions, event planning, the content creation, marketing campaigns, and support the administrative processes of the team.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking someone who wants to learn the ropes of our business and shares our passion about the built environment. You'll be keen to learn about marketing and new business, you might even have a degree on the subject. If you consider yourself to be a 'make things happen' person, with a high degree of emotional intelligence, great problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and a sparkling personality then we would love you to apply.

What we offer

We offer unparalleled career growth, a sociable studio, training and development, a competitive salary and an excellent benefit package.
