Based in Soho Square, London, Bow & Arrow is an entrepreneurial team of 50+ ‘Genius Misfits’. Guided by a set of core values and driven by a collective desire to make a positive impact in the world through the work we do every day.
We work collaboratively across strategy and design in high-performing teams to build disruptive products, services and ventures for game-changing businesses including AirBNB, Mobo, BMW, Mini, Google, British Airways, The Wall Street Journal and Amex.
We are looking for passionate & proactive graduates to join our Creative team for a 6-12 weeks paid internship. This is a hands-on opportunity to create compelling and game-changing design solutions. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of briefs and projects, from user experience to visual identity, digital design and data visualisation. Bow & Arrow is a great place for creatives who have an eye for design, but also want to be involved in the process – from idea to implementation.

What you need:
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and willingness to learn different methods of design
- Flexible attitude and drive to take responsibility in a fast-paced environment
- A courageous and fearless attitude in trying new things
- A strong desire to get stuck in, meet new people, and have fun
- A growth-mindset that is always looking to learn and develop as a creative
Salary: £110 per day
