Stealth team. Funded. Building AI-generated short-form video that doesn't look like AI-generated short-form video.
Most AI video looks generic. We're closing the gap to shippable. We need one person who holds three things:
AI orchestration — Kling, Seedance, ElevenLabs, Whisper, vision models. By name, by tradeoff, by failure mode.
Post-production craft — FFmpeg, LUTs, audio mixing, subtitle timing. As craft, not config.
Creative direction with restraint — articulate a register, defend a choice, kill bad ideas.
If your portfolio is growth-hacky TikToks, CapCut transitions, or templated talking-heads — skip this one. Saves us both time.
Right fit: shipped work for indie films, music videos, literary publications, specific-voice podcasts. Started using AI tools as the field shifted.
