We are looking for an obsessive Project Manager to join, working closely with the partners and senior team who is ambitious, driven, collaborative and enthusiastic, helping to deliver prestigious and creative global brands.

Key Responsibilities

— Manage the project process, including creating schedules, proposal writing and internal design sign off process

— Help deliver projects with agreed budget and deadlines from initial proposal to presentation and delivery

— Working alongside the senior team ensuring the successful delivery of project briefs within time & budget

— Maintain a proactive approach and activity to projects

— Working collaboratively with the design teams ensuring projects are on track

— Delegating and managing time, ensuring the account team are up to date on all aspects of the projects

— Provide updated status of project work, managing expectations

— Accurate contact/status/meeting reporting with clear project documentation

— Resource tracking – to assist the team in the resourcing of key personel and plan future resource needs

— Responding to any client feedback and checking amends

— Provide assistance to the accounts team in creation of invoices
