The Position

With your all-around approach and expertise, you’ll work your design magic on every stage of a project - full of original ideas and high-end conceptual thinking, you’ll work out how each unique brand can thrive in the world around them.

Constantly contributing and directing, you’ll be a positive and proactive addition to the team, inspiring those around you and driving the company forward by pushing boundaries and challenging conventions.

Dealing with internal and external parties in equal measure, you’ll utilize your top-notch communication skills to concisely distil information, pitch and present ideas, and articulate constructive feedback, forming great working relationships all around.

What We’re Looking For

Engaged, driven, and independent, you’re a Design Director who is truly passionate about great design - a conceptual and strategic thinker with the ability to produce an array of creative solutions.

We’re looking for a versatile and skilled designer who is also a collaborative and approachable leader. It’s really important that you’re someone who is confident to lead pitches and mentor members of your team, so you’ll have an impressive background, with a minimum of 10 years in the creative industry.

We want to see a beautifully crafted portfolio that highlights your thought processes and high-level execution, as well as development stages. Lastly, if you have any digital to include, then we definitely want to see it!
