Experiential Senior Designer
Job Description
We have been briefed by our client to help them find an experiential senior designer.
The company are a dynamic, founder-led creative agency known for delivering end-to-end creative and production solutions. They pride themselves on their multidisciplinary approach. From visual identity branding to traditional and spatial design, 2D/3D production, and comprehensive experiential content creation, they have the capability to shoot, build, and bring visions to life. Their in-house workshop allows them to handle small-scale production jobs and set builds efficiently.
Their clients tend to range across sports, lifestyle, fashion space with a bit of tech.
They are seeking a highly motivated and multidisciplinary Senior Designer with a strong focus on experiential work. This is a permanent position crucial to their continued growth and success. Your ability to concept spaces and contribute to the initial creative stages will be highly valued.
They are looking for:
- Approximately 6+ years of experience within a creative agency environment (flexibility on experience level).
- A proven track record in working on complex creative projects, particularly those with an experiential or spatial design component.
- A multidisciplinary background and a strong understanding of 2D/3D activation work.
- The ability to take a brief and contribute meaningfully to the initial concept stage of spatial designs, not just execution.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Experience with art direction for shoots is a plus, but not essential.
They operate a hybrid working model, requiring team members to be in their Shoreditch office three days a week.
Your Portfolio
They would love to see a portfolio that demonstrates your multidisciplinary capabilities, with a strong emphasis on 3D/2D activation work. Crucially projects where you have been involved in concepting spaces (albeit with extra help), illustrating your ability to take a brief and contribute to the initial creative development of an environment.
