Job Description

Be part of our small London-based team at Undefined, creating thoughtful, human-first digital products for clients and internal projects.

Our Story

This is Undefined (https://thisisundefined.com) is a small London-based product studio working together with forward-thinking companies across a range of different sectors. All ideas are different and we treat them that way. We love creating digital products with a purpose and are looking for someone to join us so we can continue our mission.

About the role

We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to help us run projects end-to-end—and really understand what we’re building. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and the founder across websites, apps, and digital experiences, turning requirements into clear tickets, keeping delivery on track, and supporting QA (Quality Assurance) so we ship polished work.

You’re an excellent communicator—clear, tactful, and detail-focused—who can balance client needs with the team’s workflow and juggle multiple projects confidently. You enjoy getting into the weeds, thinking through edge cases, and testing thoroughly before release

We are initially looking for someone to join a 6 month fixed term basis, with a view to turning this role into a permanent position depending on project load.

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage detailed project plans using Agile methodologies to ensure clear communication of deliverables and timelines across all stakeholders

- Coordinate sprint planning alongside our operations team, and monitor project progress to ensure everything stays on track

- Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and managing expectations

- Escalate issues when necessary to meet goals

- Identify potential risks and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth project execution

- Carry out QA (Quality Assurance) testing alongside sprint cycles as required to ensure quality of delivery

- Conduct post-project reviews to capture key learnings and improve future project delivery

About you

- Can demonstrate project management or organisational experience in personal, or educational circumstances in the past

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills

- Demonstrate ambition to develop project management skills, with a desire to learning

- Positive, collaborative and proactive mindset

- Energetic and enthusiastic

- Confident, professional and curious

Location

This is a hybrid role. The current split is 1-2 days per week in our office, in Bethnal Green, the remaining is remote, although you're always welcome in the office if you prefer.
