Job Description

We are looking for a UK-based experienced UX/UI Designer to join our fully remote team to work on a variety of digital projects for our clients across the globe.

UX/UI Designer Overview

Wunderdogs is a brand consultancy and accomplice to high-growth companies who want to shake up their industry. We specialize in fast and focused research, strategy, graphic and web design and development.

Websites form a core part of our business therefore a passion for and extensive experience in web design is a must. Our ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, an analytical mind, a good eye for detail and the portfolio to back it up.

We’re looking for someone who does not shy away from a challenge and is comfortable working to tight deadlines when required. You will be joining us during an exciting time and will be working on multiple projects simultaneously, often for different clients. Your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate web workshops for our clients
  • Develop user personas and user journeys
  • Create wireframes and designs in Figma
  • Create digital prototypes for testing
  • Develop design systems, design websites using brand guidelines
  • Communicate with clients and attend client meetings
  • Collaborate with our development team to design new and intuitive user experiences

The Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of design industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field and a strong portfolio of digital projects
  • Fluent across the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Understanding of design systems and how to create them
  • Understanding of Figma and how to use it
  • Great communication skills: whether it’s talking through your work with the team or speaking with clients, you’ll need to be able to get your point across and empathise with those of others
  • Experience creating products with complex user flows and high-quality UI design
  • Experience leading UX within a cross-functional team
  • Experience running stakeholder workshops with clients
  • Ability to work at least 3-4 business hours in Pacific Standard Time
  • Self-motivation in a remote professional environment and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Sharp attention to detail within a fast-paced work environment
