Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly strategic Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our creative output and become a leading force within our in-house team. This is a crucial role where you will not just design, but also lead projects and act as a brand guardian across our portfolio of high-value commercial property projects.
You will be responsible for defining the visual execution of major campaigns, ensuring brand integrity, and delivering best-in-class design that drives commercial results. This role requires exceptional design skill, project leadership, and a deep understanding of the property market.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead the creative development and execution of high-profile marketing collateral, including investment brochures, pitch documents, large-format event graphics, and sophisticated digital campaigns for new property developments.
● Act as a brand guardian, ensuring absolute consistency and high-quality standards across all internal and external communications.
● Translate complex commercial objectives into compelling visual narratives, advising internal teams and clients on the most effective design solutions.
● Manage the design process from initial concept and ideation through to final production ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
● Collaborate closely with account managers, sales, the internal design team and external agencies to ensure creative work supports and aligns with client business goals.
What You'll Bring
● 7+ years of relevant professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a significant portion spent at a Senior or Lead level.
● In-depth experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating work on commercial property, real estate, or architecture projects. You must understand the unique demands and required sophistication of property marketing materials.
● Exceptional expertise in design principles, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across all media (print production knowledge is essential).
● Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, as well as Figma.
● Proven ability to lead projects independently and present creative rationale and concepts confidently to senior stakeholders and clients.
● A strategic mindset—the ability to not just execute a brief, but to question it, refine it, and offer innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
Essential Qualifications
● Experience with motion graphics, basic animation, or video editing.
● Familiarity with UX/UI principles for property-focused websites or digital experiences.
