Design & Marketing Assistant
Job Description
The Role
The role will form a key part of our unbeatable Marketing team, working alongside Jake and Tara to help develop and deliver our marketing strategy. Responsibilities will be broad and varied, but focused around the below:
Social Media
- Support in managing social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook & Twitter.
Content Creation
- Assist in content creation for marketing and internal design purposes, including involvement in photo/video shoots, art direction and illustrator management.
Graphic Design
- Development of brand assets including bottle labels, posters & invitations, advertisements, collaborative products and more.

- Confident, articulate, personable and ambitious.
- Keen eye for art, design, photography & branding.
- Strong understanding of the power of branding and marketing.
- Experience managing Social Media platforms, primarily; Instagram & TikTok.
- Experience in graphic design, layouts, branding and preparing files for print.
- Competent in Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom and After Effects.
- Experience working in a studio or with a degree in an art or camera-based subject.
- Desire to be part of a small, fast-growing business.
