Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior 3D Motion Designer to join our team full-time. You’ll have a strong design sensibility and a portfolio that showcases exceptional moving-image work across a range of mediums.

We are an award-winning creative Studio and one of the most prolific multidisciplinary design and production practices working in art and entertainment. We create experiences for live music tours, festivals, art installations, experiential spaces, branding campaigns and theatrical productions. Treatment Studio’s expertise comprises multimedia content production, stage, lighting & set design, and the creation of interactive & mixed-reality environments, allowing for a seamless production and creative experience.

Who we are looking for:

  • You are a designer who blends artistry with technical skill
  • You have a passion for pushing visual boundaries and enjoy working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Strong technical skills in C4D, Houdini, Unreal Engine or After Effects, with rendering expertise in Redshift
  • Strong understanding of lighting, compositing, and visual storytelling
  • Able to work as part of a team, who is organised and excellent with time management
  • Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Enthusiastic about learning new skills and techniques
  • Willing to travel for onsite productions
  • Based in London or close enough to commute to our London studio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and animate motion across various studio projects
  • Work on jobs simultaneously
  • Contribute creative ideas and participate in concept development
  • Provide technical guidance to junior team members
  • Able to work on a job from concept to final delivery
  • Communicate visually to a wide variety of briefs
  • Keep projects organised
  • Report to Creative Directors regularly

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-house role, and you'll be part of our team at our Borough, London office. You will be required to work on-site Monday to Friday, and some occasional travel will be necessary
