Creative Lead

We are looking for a Creative Lead to join our Graphics department.

The role of Creative Lead is for someone who enjoys designing their own projects, but also nurturing, leading and setting an example.

The core purposes of the role are to execute their own design projects, take responsibility for the development of direct line reports, as well as oversee design projects created by other members of the team.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience at Senior Designer level

Substantial design experience either in-house or agency

A portfolio of original and highly creative ideas that demonstrate an eye for detail, exceptional craft and experience of art direction

Extensive experience of leading and delivering integrated campaigns across print and digital that stretch across still and moving image formats

A proven ability to work under pressure to deliver multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment
