About the role

We're seeking a visionary Senior Digital Designer to spearhead digital transformation for our key corporate clients. You'll blend cutting-edge digital design with deep behavioural insights and data-driven strategy to create powerful, user-centred online experiences, evolving traditional communications into engaging digital solutions. This high-autonomy role offers the chance to directly shape crucial digital communications and customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital design from concept to completion for major corporate communications.
• Leverage behavioural insights and data to inform strategic UX decisions.
• Contribute to project discovery, including user research (focus groups, usability testing).
• Deliver diverse digital outputs: user flows, prototypes, design systems, responsive web designs and interactive PDFs.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, project managers and our studio team, acting as a key agency expert.

Key requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design execution and UX methodologies.
• Proven ability to apply audience behavioural insights and data to design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe Firefly, Sketch and Miro.
• Experience with UX methodologies (journey mapping, persona development), project management best practices and WCAG 2.2 accessibility.
• Exceptional communication skills; able to lead client discussions and simplify complex information.
• A positive, proactive, solution-finding mindset.
• Proven senior-level experience in a creative studio and/or corporate sector.

• Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (dependent on skills and experience).
