We are OhMy! A design and technology studio. We exist to help ambitious startups and brands tell better stories through fun, engaging and useful digital experiences.

We’re looking for a project manager to join our growing team. You will help to manage the day-to-day delivery of projects, as well as to develop and grow client relationships. You will work closely with the founders, team and third parties to produce creative work for a wide range of clients across sectors. You’ll help grow this function of the business ensuring OhMy! are renowned for running a slick operation.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Scoping and contracting projects
  • Preparing quotes and timelines
  • Invoicing clients and keeping track of project progress
  • Managing client’s expectations
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Managing the team’s time and optimising workflows
  • Working with clients to create briefs for our team and partners
  • Helping with pitches and new business

Required experience:

  • 3 or more years experience working in an agency or product studio setting
  • Experience managing digital projects from brief to delivery

Bonus experience and skills:

  • Experience using digital tools such as Google Analytics and Content management systems
  • An understanding of modern development techniques
  • Any marketing or SEO experience
