About You:

The Partner Marketing Manage at Roll Studio can demonstrate outstanding talents and achievements, as well as relevant experience and interests. The ideal candidate would be a team player and a self-starter and have a strong experience with digital marketing strategies both for our clients and the studio itself. The Marketing Manager we seek combines digital marketing strategy, content strategy and touchpoint planning. They are interested in having various digital skills and can integrate them into a coherent strategy. The candidate will know how to inspire and be hands-on to make things happen.

The work we undertake varies from web and app builds, AR/VR, interactive installations and data visualisation projects.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Develop integrated digital marketing strategies over a wide range of technologies and touchpoints: website, app, CRM, lead generation, social media and paid media to achieve business goals
  • Create Brand awareness and MQL content, in every stage of the funnel
  • Develop KPI frameworks to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, messages and channels
  • Plan, deliver and measure effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns
  • Create, implement and administer marketing programs and campaigns including but not limited to joint-marketing programs and content development (e.g. blogs, case studies)
  • Develop CRM, e-mail marketing and lead generation flows
  • Analyze web/app traffic metrics to forecast trends and to improve results
  • Own and lead the strategy for content production and distribution.
  • Support inbound and outbound growth goals.
  • Oversee marketing activities across earned and owned media.
  • Work closely with the business and product team to proof, edit, and finalize content.
  • Ensure Partnerships Director is fully enabled to maximise the conversion of marketing qualified leads into pipeline opportunities.

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, and 3+ years of Content / Product Marketing experience with a focus on B2B and/or e-commerce
  • Great writer that can craft words and shape ideas, generate interest and position the brand.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, digital transformation, marketing technology and digital media
  • Demonstrable experience with developing digital marketing, content and social media strategies
  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools, CRM, social campaigning
  • Natural problem-solver and bring a good understanding of driving demand generation through content
  • Flawless English language ability with outstanding communication and writing skills
  • Enthusiasm for the potential application of new technologies and innovation
  • A positive, proactive, solutions-focused approach and a team mentality, willing to roll-up your sleeves and get stuck into the detail when needed
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think innovatively and creatively
