Working alongside the Head of Creative, the Executive Producer leads a video team to create content that enhances and enriches the learning experience for our audience, explains and promotes our internal and client work. The Executive Producer helps clients and colleagues identify the most effective and cost-efficient ways to make an impact through video content, and contribute to company proposals and product development initiatives.
Oversee and lead the planning and execution of multiple video projects
Develop video projects from start to finish, from conceptualisation, scoping and budgeting to the final delivery of client projects, EVERFI products and marketing
Ensure our videos are delivered with quality, on schedule and are produced cost-effectively
Maintain pre-production, production and post-production processes
Manage producers, freelancers and suppliers
Attend shoots when necessary, working with creative teams and directors
Collaboration with other EVERFI departments
Consult and collaborate with clients on video subject matter, building strong client relationships
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in video-making related career, including 3 years as a lead/senior producer
Up-to-date knowledge of video platforms, formats and creative trends, strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition
Excellent technical understanding of video production and animation
Portfolio evidence of involvement as lead/senior producer, scriptwriter or director
A strong creative thinker and problem-solver, able to find new solutions and approaches
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational experience in managing video teams working across multiple projects
Knowledge of the education market is desirable, but an interest in education is a must
Ability to travel for work domestically and internationally.
