Job Description

The Studio

A thriving tech company for the hospitality sector that is scaling in 2025. The in-house design studio is at the heart of the business, delivering all creative output and communications to the highest standards. This is a multi-disciplined team of creative excellence, all working together to achieve the best results in a commercial but highly creative way. They now need a talented Product Designer to play a key role in shaping the overall digital experience. They offer a service orientated but collaborative and supportive environment and culture with some great perks and a super-flexible working arrangement which can be fully remote if needed.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to add significant impact to the brand and digital experience. You’ll be responsible for designing user-centred digital experiences that blend aesthetics and functionality seamlessly. You’ll have previous experience conducting UX research, creating user flows and developing designs that are both visually appealing and elevated whilst being user-centred and intuitive at the same time. Your involvement will be in-depth at every stage, from research phases, conducting interviews and usability testing through to creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma and ultimately delivering interface designs that provide exceptional user experiences across all brand platforms. You’ll have the chance to work with a talented and highly collaborative team on exciting digital projects that continuously enhance the brand experience.

Our Ideal Candidate

Will need significant experience in product/web design with a folio demonstrating both visual and UX skills.

Is confident conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions.

Is highly proficient in Figma and design tools.

Can successfully manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering outstanding work every time.

Is comfortable collaborating with developers and managing expectations throughout.
