Job Description

We are looking for a Studio Assistant to join our small and friendly team: someone with a creative background and a desire to learn and develop different skills in an agency setting. University/Art College degree and previous work experience is an advantage.

About us

We are a boutique creative and strategic brand agency with clients in the following luxury sectors: travel, hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, art, design, architecture and fashion.

Just as editors are curators of their brands, we help our clients to curate theirs. Our work is centred around building bespoke teams of partners for each client, combining strategic thinking and industry knowledge with an editorial approach to enhance the user experience.

We have a core London-based team, while our partners and clients are based around the world. One moment we could be working on rebranding a luxury hospitality company, the next crafting a bespoke magazine or book.

Purpose of the role

You will be working closely with our core team, mainly assisting with administrative tasks as well as assisting our Art Director with projects, proposals and presentations.

Our work encompasses print and digital media, and includes brand strategy and identities, editorial content, photoshoots, websites, newsletters, and books. Our clients’ requirements range from brand development, editorial and production strategies, through to talk programmes and advising on communications strategies with our PR partners.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have a creative background, preferably with a Graphic Design degree or equivalent and who likes administration and can organise our online filing systems. We are looking for someone who is methodical, has an aesthetic eye, an interest in culture/trends and is keen to learn.

Essential Requirements

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (knowledge of InDesign essential), Keynote (Mac) and Microsoft 365 Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• (Desirable but not essential): previous experience in a creative office environment

• Excellent written and spoken English, native level

• BA Hons (or similar) in a relevant discipline, e.g. Design

• Highly organised and skilled in office administration

• The right candidate will have a can-do enthusiastic attitude and able to work under pressure and be willing to turn their hand to any work required

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work both within a team and independently with the ability to prioritise workload

Desirable

• Working knowledge of any of the following: Squarespace, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Sharepoint, Trello

• An awareness of and interest in the creative and/or luxury lifestyle industries

Type of Employment

The role will be full time and based in our Clerkenwell office, with hybrid working from home one day a week. The contract will have an initial trial period of three months commencing no later than 1st February 2026.
