Job Description
We’re looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to support our studio, assisting with the delivery of brand and associated marketing materials, largely across the property sector. Working with a small team of focussed designers you’ll become part of a collaborative design studio driven by creativity, purpose and precision.
This role is suited to a creative, detail orientated designer with a commercial mindset. You’ll play a key role in translating narratives into clear, engaging visual communication, ensuring all output is both refined and compelling. This is an opportunity to work across varied media delivering creative, effective design within a driven environment.
The role:
• Support the design team in delivering brand, brochure, professional communications, digital assets, and campaign collateral
• Interpreting briefs to develop clear, engaging visual solutions aligned to project objectives
• Collaborating with the wider team to deliver cohesive and effective marketing outputs
• Applying strong typographic, layout, and editorial design skill across all work
• Managing time efficiently to meet deadlines across multiple live projects
You’ll have:
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand, editorial layout, and marketing rollout
• Excellent attention to detail and a refined design approach
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• The ability to take direction, respond to feedback, and work both collaboratively and independently
• A positive, professional and reliable approach
Desirable:
• Experience working on property marketing or similar commercial sectors
• Understanding of print production and artwork setup
• Basic motion or digital design capability
