Luxury brand experience agency is seeking a Senior Creative to join their London team. Super exciting global studio working with prestigious luxury brands. A team of talented specialists. Central London location. Hybrid working.

The Role

As Senior Creative you will spearhead the development of creative concepts and narratives for experiential projects. We are looking for a visionary leader experienced in executing groundbreaking experiential projects from immersive installations to interactive environments. You will lead a small team of designers ensuring project expectations are met and collaborate closely with strategists and storytellers. You’ll foster a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous learning within the design team, setting standards of excellence. Your keen eye for design, strategic mindset and passion for storytelling will enable the creation of experiences that captivate, engage and inspire.

The Ideal Candidate

- At-least 7 yrs design experience with 2 years working as a senior creative for an experiential agency or similar.

- A portfolio showcasing concept and design driven work specifically in the events realm

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to empower, motivate and inspire team members.

- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and liaising closely with third parties.

- In person events experience

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Mastery of digital design tools [Adobe Creative Suite]

- Passion for creative immersive brand experiences

- Understanding of and experience of 3D spatial design and fabrication.
