Job Description

We're recruiting for a full-time project manager on a fixed term basis (6-12 months). To manage the delivery and roll out of a rebrand for one of our biggest clients, and to work across our retainer client portfolio. You will work directly with the management team and face-to-face with clients to deliver a mixture of branding and digital work. You will help to manage internal and external staff and contractors and ultimately deliver work across digital, print and in the physical world. In the long term, we hope the applicant can bring their knowledge and influence to shape the project management processes in the studio.

Key Responsibilities

Owning internal project management processes, ensuring projects are effectively staffed with the relevant skills and meet any preset budgets.

Work will be across digital, print and environmental/estate resources, so knowledge and experience of each of these areas would be desirable.

Liaison with client and internal stakeholders to help deliver a number of key objectives and deliverables for a large scale rebranding project. This will include developing and operating a job management process to manage the delivery of hundreds of branded touchpoints, and facilitating the brand guardianship of all design work prior to it being produced.

Day-to-day

  • Working with the management team and clients to define project scope.
  • Regular catchup calls with key clients
  • Project planning, timeline and roadmap management.
  • Resource and budget planning.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships - being the first port of call for client comms, and distributing this to the wider team.

Production

  • Liaising with internal and external resource and stakeholders to ensure high quality and on-time deliverables.
  • Tracking time and production expenditure.

THE CANDIDATE

Key attributes

  • Impeccable organisational and presentational skills -- ensuring everything is documented and arranged as neatly as possible, and presented to every client in an efficient, clean and readable format.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills -- for some clients and stakeholders you're the face of the firm, so maintaining and building relationships inside and outside is key.
  • Confident multi-tasker -- large scale rebrands have a number of outputs of varying complexity and being able to manage this is a must.
  • Ambition -- we're looking for people to shape how we do things, so having an idea about how things are done right is an advantage.

Experience

Experience working in branding, or digital/print is desirable -- familiarity with the range of outputs (from print colour to website accessibility) and requirements for each is a huge advantage.

SALARY

Competitive and based on experience - we want to hear from both candidates who are looking for an opportunity to step up and experienced candidates who've done it all before.
