Job Description

At Rowen & Wren, we design timeless pieces for thoughtful living, each one created with care, craft, and a quiet sense of beauty. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team, reporting to our Lead Designer & Creative.

You’ll be a safe pair of hands who can hit the ground running, producing beautiful, brand-aligned design work across digital and print. You’ll play a key role in elevating how we tell our story visually, helping to ensure our aesthetic remains consistent, inspiring and distinctly Rowen & Wren.

What you’ll do:

- Create engaging, on-brand assets for our website, email marketing, paid and organic social, and printed collateral.

- Support the Lead Designer in concepting and delivering seasonal campaigns, collection launches and photoshoots.

- Design and prepare internal and external presentations and brand documents.

- Provide ad-hoc image retouching and asset updates as needed.

- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring every piece of creative feels cohesive and considered.

- Collaborate closely with our E-commerce and Marketing teams to bring storytelling and performance together in balance.

- Manage and deliver multiple design projects from brief to completion, often to tight timelines.

- Contribute creative ideas to continually refine and evolve our visual identity to ensure our content remains fresh, best-in-class, and innovative while maintaining our distinctive brand aesthetic.

What we’re looking for:

- A talented designer with 1-3 years’ experience in a similar in-house or agency role, ideally within a premium or design-led brand.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator); motion and video editing skills a plus.

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and digital best practices.

- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for composition, colour, and form.

- A collaborative, proactive approach, someone who enjoys being part of a small, hands-on team.

- A genuine interest in interiors, design, and the slower, more thoughtful side of living.

Salary & Working Hours:

- Salary: Competitive

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

- Hybrid working: Work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Employee Offerings:

- Company bonus scheme

- Long-service awards

- Employee discounts

- Complimentary breakfasts and lunches on-site from Monday to Thursday
