Strategic Project Manager

Project Management (Main focus)

• Owning Streamtime our Project Management software and running with it to manage workflow on all projects.
• Control project management from client request through to final delivery.
• Generating proposals, time plans, SOWs and POs.
• Assigning responsibilities to get the best out of every brief.
• Managing several medium-large sized jobs with multiple freelance collaborators (brand designers, digital designers, web developers, animators etc.)
• Raising and chasing invoices
• Track project success & profitability. P&L reporting
• Keeping on top of cashflow forecasting

Admin & New Business

• Admin, General Assistance / PA to Creative Director (supporting on other creative ventures)
• New business pipeline, sending emails and arranging calls for Creative Director.
• Organising and keeping folders up to date.

Digital Marketing

• Planning inspiring and educational content using Later for our digital marketing channels: Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin.
• Write captions and copy for website, newsletter, social media posts.
• Market Research of the design and creative industries.

About You

• Available 3+ days p/wk to start with the opportunity to increase and develop into a full-time role (Pro rate rate).

• Confident in English: written & verbal
• Previous project management experience for a design agency or lifestyle brand.
• Expert in using Project Management software such as Streamtime and Trello.
• Experience using Google Desktop: Drive, Slides, Docs and Spreadsheets.
• A plus would be some familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software.
