We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our amazing Marketing team here at Edwardian Hotels London

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative design concepts aligning with Edwardian’s brand strategy.
• Safeguard individual brand identities for hotels, restaurants, and spas within our portfolio.
• Lead creative sessions for project initiation, overseeing projects from conception to completion.
• Provide creative direction for collateral and online distribution, ensuring consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative and commercially viable concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Manage and mentor designers, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are balanced.
• Maintain cutting-edge creativity, keeping our designs ahead of the competition.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and manage project quality control.
• Oversee relationships with print suppliers.

Required Skills:

• Proven industry experience as a Senior Designer with a luxury background in design, brand development, and interactive commerce.
• Exceptional creativity, innovation, and a passion for typography and layout.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in Apple iMac and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro a plus).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a professional approach to deadlines.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and give/receive constructive criticism.

Desirable but not essential:

• Experience in photography/art direction and proficient use of a camera.
• Knowledge of video editing software.
• Interest in hospitality and luxury restaurants.
