Job Description

We’re looking for someone with potential for creative development, technical problem solving and contributing to the quality of Found’s output to join us as Junior Houdini Designer.

You’ll be part a creative team in a fast-growing, ambitious business. This is a great opportunity to join at a key time in our evolution and play an important part in delivering projects for new and existing clients including L’Oréal, Channel 4, Google, Diageo and Mondeléz.

The Houdini focus of this role means we need someone with an understanding and passion for what it can bring to a project both creatively and technically. We need someone with a hands-on approach, excited by exploring new techniques, who takes responsibility in their stride and where communication is their superpower.

We’re looking for an energetic fast learner who strives to make the best work possible with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics and can propose well thought through problem solving ideas. Working alongside the Creative Leads and our Design Innovation Lead you can take direction and respect project briefs whilst bringing an edge of your own to the work.

R&D is a core part of our practice and a key focus of this role so we welcome you to try ideas, apply careful thought about subject matters and show desire to deep dive into research around materiality and movement.

We don’t standstill and we are keen to understand with your input and knowledge what is next for this tool. What integration can we explore across our client and studio projects? How might this role evolve alongside technological advances such as real-time, immersive experiences and the next generation of brand representation
