Job Description

The studio

You’ll be joining a studio with a new Creative Director, who comes from a global agency background, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to share from working with some of the biggest brand names in the world.

Teaming up with a friendly group of designers, on a mission to create meaningful, idea-driven work, you’ll lend your creative spark and experience to a whole range of projects from start to finish, across a wide variety of brands and creative disciplines.

The position

Our clients come in all shapes and sizes, and all with very different business challenges, which is why very few days will look the same here. There are plenty of different projects to get stuck into too – one day you might find yourself designing packaging for a new product launch, the next you could be creating a storyboard for a campaign film.

Our work with brands includes print, digital and motion, so some experience or ambition to gain experience across these disciplines would be useful.

You’ll be reporting directly to our Creative Director, contributing to larger team projects as well as working on your own briefs.

This position is based in our Glasgow city centre studio, where we currently work remotely on a Monday and Friday, with Tuesday to Thursday in the office. The agency has creatives in Glasgow, Manchester and Amsterdam and we encourage multi-site collaboration.

What we’re looking for

You’re an enthusiastic designer, who is excited by the power of ideas and bringing those ideas to life. You look towards culture to find new ways to speak to and engage new audiences. You have the ability to contribute towards projects with creative ideas, insight and provocations. You can present your work internally and explain your thinking succinctly and articulately. You know your way around InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (additional skills bring brownie points). Some experience in art direction and photo shoots would also be a big plus.

With 3+ years agency experience under your belt, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running, producing work you’ll be proud of from the get-go.
