Job Description

CREATIVE PROJECT-WALLA/I

(CREATIVE RESOURCE AND PRODUCTION MANAGER)

We’re looking for a brilliant, organised, resourceful and fantastically big-hearted Creative Project-walla/i to join us on a full-time, 3-month, fixed-term contract.

Sitting at the heart of the creative team, this role is pivotal to the delivery of first-class creative that supports brand and business objectives across every touch point. You’ll manage resourcing and workflow, keep projects on track, and oversee production – ensuring everything from internal design jobs to shoots and print runs are delivered on time, to spec.

You’ll balance people, process and production: allocating creative resource, managing project timelines, and ensuring all output – whether digital or physical – lands smoothly and to the very highest standard. You’ll also manage external suppliers and freelance creatives to expand our capacity and capability where needed. This is a hands-on role and no two days are the same!

The Creative Project-walla/i will work on the following:

1. CREATIVE PROJECTS

RESTAURANTS:

  • Manage the creative execution of menu updates: ensuring accurate content collation, coordination with stakeholders and implementation across our suite of menus
  • Be the point of contact for creative briefs from the café and local marketing teams for wall artwork, menus, collateral, signage and sign-writing

TEAM:

  • Work with the Training team to refresh and maintain creative assets, from initiation docs to training guides
  • Manage internal creative projects end-to-end: briefing, production, delivery, feedback

STORE, DELIVERY, EVENTS:

  • Support the delivery of creative work across Store, Delivery and Events, ensuring everything lands on time, to brief, and to budget

DIGITAL

  • Coordinate digital asset delivery across website, SEO, CRM and social.

2. TRAFFIC AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

  • Lead weekly resourcing meetings, maintain a live view of team capacity and allocation
  • Traffic creative briefs through the team: scheduling, prioritising, sign-off and delivery
  • Liaise with project managers and creative leads to balance workloads and timelines
  • Monitor utilisation and flag bottlenecks or risks early – ensuring timelines are achievable and teams are well supported
  • Maintain clear project schedules and communicate timelines to all involved, ensuring visibility and alignment
  • Establish and also refine processes for resource management across the Creative Team.

3. CREATIVE PRODUCTION & FREELANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Source quotes, specs and timelines for all print, signage and packaging
  • Oversee delivery logistics for printed and physical assets
  • Manage a roster of freelancers – from designers and artworkers to photographers and editors – handling everything from scoping and quoting to scheduling and output
  • Ensure freelancer contracts, NDAs and onboarding are in place and kept up to date
  • Track creative budgets and ensure costs are monitored and recorded accurately

4. CREATIVE OPS & QUALITY CONTROL

  • Be the first port of call for creative and content briefs – ensuring they’re clear, complete and production-ready
  • Relay feedback to the creative team, helping refine work efficiently and on time
  • Maintain asset libraries, file final designs, and archive old projects
  • Establish and uphold workflows that support great work and a happy team
  • Maintain quality – ensuring nothing goes out the door unless it’s first-class

Our ideal Creative Project-walla/i is:

  • A project manager-extraordinaire, with 5+ years in a creative or studio role
  • Skilled in Monday.com, Google Sheets or Excel, Adobe Creative Cloud and Slack.
  • Super organised – juggling multiple plates (projects) is your bread and butter – you can deal with multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time
  • Well-versed in the creative process, from concept to delivery – across print, digital, events and content
  • Experienced in scheduling, resourcing, supplier liaison and project tracking
  • A master time manager – understanding project priorities and scheduling them accordingly
  • Driven, proactive, a problem solver – blockers don’t put you off getting the job done
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator across all levels of the business
  • Almost comically detail-focused – you can spot a typo a mile off
  • A Gantt-chart and process wizard – getting stuff done to plan is your idea of a good time!
  • A team player – you bring positivity, perspective and good energy to the room
  • Bonus points for knowledge of Indian culture and food

Some benefits you’d get joining us:-

Joining our Healthcare cash plan (to help with expenses like dentists, opticians, physiotherapy and prescriptions).

A day off to attend the annual Family Mela and the Christmas Party.

Team discounts – 50% during the day, 25% in the evening in all of our Cafes and Permit rooms… and 25% from Dishoom at Home

An exciting role in a growing business where you can have a huge impact.
