CREATIVE PROJECT-WALLA/I
(CREATIVE RESOURCE AND PRODUCTION MANAGER)
We’re looking for a brilliant, organised, resourceful and fantastically big-hearted Creative Project-walla/i to join us on a full-time, 3-month, fixed-term contract.
Sitting at the heart of the creative team, this role is pivotal to the delivery of first-class creative that supports brand and business objectives across every touch point. You’ll manage resourcing and workflow, keep projects on track, and oversee production – ensuring everything from internal design jobs to shoots and print runs are delivered on time, to spec.
You’ll balance people, process and production: allocating creative resource, managing project timelines, and ensuring all output – whether digital or physical – lands smoothly and to the very highest standard. You’ll also manage external suppliers and freelance creatives to expand our capacity and capability where needed. This is a hands-on role and no two days are the same!
The Creative Project-walla/i will work on the following:
1. CREATIVE PROJECTS
RESTAURANTS:
- Manage the creative execution of menu updates: ensuring accurate content collation, coordination with stakeholders and implementation across our suite of menus
- Be the point of contact for creative briefs from the café and local marketing teams for wall artwork, menus, collateral, signage and sign-writing
TEAM:
- Work with the Training team to refresh and maintain creative assets, from initiation docs to training guides
- Manage internal creative projects end-to-end: briefing, production, delivery, feedback
STORE, DELIVERY, EVENTS:
- Support the delivery of creative work across Store, Delivery and Events, ensuring everything lands on time, to brief, and to budget
DIGITAL
- Coordinate digital asset delivery across website, SEO, CRM and social.
2. TRAFFIC AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
- Lead weekly resourcing meetings, maintain a live view of team capacity and allocation
- Traffic creative briefs through the team: scheduling, prioritising, sign-off and delivery
- Liaise with project managers and creative leads to balance workloads and timelines
- Monitor utilisation and flag bottlenecks or risks early – ensuring timelines are achievable and teams are well supported
- Maintain clear project schedules and communicate timelines to all involved, ensuring visibility and alignment
- Establish and also refine processes for resource management across the Creative Team.
3. CREATIVE PRODUCTION & FREELANCE MANAGEMENT
- Source quotes, specs and timelines for all print, signage and packaging
- Oversee delivery logistics for printed and physical assets
- Manage a roster of freelancers – from designers and artworkers to photographers and editors – handling everything from scoping and quoting to scheduling and output
- Ensure freelancer contracts, NDAs and onboarding are in place and kept up to date
- Track creative budgets and ensure costs are monitored and recorded accurately
4. CREATIVE OPS & QUALITY CONTROL
- Be the first port of call for creative and content briefs – ensuring they’re clear, complete and production-ready
- Relay feedback to the creative team, helping refine work efficiently and on time
- Maintain asset libraries, file final designs, and archive old projects
- Establish and uphold workflows that support great work and a happy team
- Maintain quality – ensuring nothing goes out the door unless it’s first-class
Our ideal Creative Project-walla/i is:
- A project manager-extraordinaire, with 5+ years in a creative or studio role
- Skilled in Monday.com, Google Sheets or Excel, Adobe Creative Cloud and Slack.
- Super organised – juggling multiple plates (projects) is your bread and butter – you can deal with multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time
- Well-versed in the creative process, from concept to delivery – across print, digital, events and content
- Experienced in scheduling, resourcing, supplier liaison and project tracking
- A master time manager – understanding project priorities and scheduling them accordingly
- Driven, proactive, a problem solver – blockers don’t put you off getting the job done
- An excellent communicator and collaborator across all levels of the business
- Almost comically detail-focused – you can spot a typo a mile off
- A Gantt-chart and process wizard – getting stuff done to plan is your idea of a good time!
- A team player – you bring positivity, perspective and good energy to the room
- Bonus points for knowledge of Indian culture and food
