What You Will Be Doing

Studio Operations:

• Manage enquiries and bookings for the Soho head office events space “Kiosk Soho”

• Provide operational support to the wider Soho head office as required

Post-Production & Content:

• Edit footage from a-r-c-s and Kiosk.World projects into high-quality finished videos for Instagram, TikTok and other channels

• Work collaboratively with the Digital Content Creator across the full content pipeline: ideation, content gathering, editing and posting

• Apply colour grading and deliver polished, platform-ready edits

• Produce basic motion graphics - titles, lower thirds, moving text - using your preferred toolset

• Support the wider a-r-c-s team with images and visuals for proposals

• Cut same-day turnaround content when needed, without compromising on quality

• Maintain and organise content assets within our Google Drive-based content management system

• Bring ideas to the table - on format, framing, trends and storytelling

Social & Strategy:

• Stay actively engaged with social media trends, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, and apply that knowledge to our content

• Understand platform algorithms and best practices well enough to post confidently and independently when needed

• Support broader digital strategy discussions internally as a trusted creative voice

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us:

Essential

• Proficiency in a professional video editing suite - Premiere Pro preferred

• Confident Canva and basic colour-grading skills

• Solid understanding of short-form, story and long-form video formats and how they differ

• Basic motion graphics competency (titles, text animation, lower thirds)

• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends and best practices

• Organised, adaptable and comfortable working within a shared content management system

• Comfortable with same-day edits and flexible enough to respond to live content moments

• Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

• A collaborative spirit - happy to work closely with a small, close-knit team

• Confident enough to bring ideas and take creative initiative

• Experience managing a creative space, studio or similar venue

• Familiarity with Acuity or comparable booking software

• Experience in content creation as well as editing
